Soon millions of Americans will join friends and family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Ahead of the holiday, Jake Watts, Senior Vice President of Field Operations and Food Safety, sat down to discuss how PSSI helps its partners provide safe and nutritious food for the nation all year-round.

In Jake’s current role, he oversees six regional Vice Presidents across the United States and Canada, working with PSSI team members to provide customers with compliant, safe, clean, and on-time service.
